MINI South Africa is launching the first-ever MINI Sales Cadet Programme, created to develop the next generation of bold retail talent. This is where personality meets performance, where design leadership meets digital innovation. And where future MINI representatives are built.
WHAT IS THE MINI CADET PROGRAMME?
Over three months, you will gain:
- Deep knowledge of the MINI brand and new product family
- First-hand exposure to MINI's digital sales ecosystem
- Real-world, hands-on experience inside a MINI Retailer
- Guidance from certified MINI mentors
- The opportunity to qualify as an Approved MINI Sales Cadet
Successful cadets will be eligible to progress toward becoming a Certified MINI Sales Agent.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Do you have what it takes to be a MINI Cadet? Here are the requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum of 6 months working experience
- Valid driver’s licence
- Computer literacy
- A strong customer mindset and desire to grow
KEY DATES

- Programme Start Date: 01 April 2026
- Programme Duration: April to June 2026
