Complaints Procedure.

Please note that in terms of the FAIS Act, all complaints must be addressed to us in writing to Complaints@bmwfinance.co.za. Should you believe that your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily by us within six weeks after you have lodged your complaint, you may refer the dispute to the Ombud within six months of the issue remaining unresolved.
